The Fog

The fog was so thick I couldn't see the sides of the road. I became disoriented. Fear touched my heart. I didn't know where I was. How could that be? This was a well traveled road. I traveled it everyday five days a week on my way to work and back home again. Yet, here I was. Lost.

I prayed for God to lift the fog ever so slightly so that I could see some sign of where I was. His answer was, "The signs are already in place."

Then, I knew. This was a lesson God had given me. The signs are all in place. A person who is truly watchful and seeking will see them. Sometimes, we have to look past the fog that blinds us in order to see the way God will have us to go. He is always there leading and guiding.

Matthew 7:7-8
7. Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:
8. For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.

Have you accepted Jesus Christ as full payment for your sins. Are you seeking for the way to Truth? Have you found Jesus or are you lost in the fog?

Open your eyes. Earnestly seek God before it is too late. Don't wait too long. God told us in the above verses that at long as we seek (search earnestly), then we will find what we search for.

Do not ask for a sign. God has already given all the signs. He foretold of the coming of Jesus all through the Old Testament. He told of Jesus' coming, death, resurrection, of Jesus returning for His people all through the New Testament. God told us of all the signs that He put in place for us to know that He is the one and only true GOD. God has already given the signs that Jesus is the Messiah, Jesus is the Savior of the world, Jesus is God's Son. Jesus arose from the grave. He ascended to heaven. Jesus sits on the right hand of the Father Lord God Almighty. Jesus awaits the signal from the Father to come the second time to gather His people unto Him. He is going to take His people from this world.

I only hope you are ready for that time. God is long-suffering so that no man should perish. God is saddened that His children must go through the problems that we all face today. He allows this to continue so that more will be saved.

The danger is that you will wait too long. If you are waiting for a special sign from God, there won't be one. It is already there and if you have not seen it, then you are blinded. You need to open your spiritual eyes and seek God sincerely. Now is the time for salvation. NOT LATER! God gives us no guarantee of Later! Don't leave this world without accepting Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. Don't be left behind when Jesus returns for God's children.

The time is NOW for SALVATION!
